    Hi,
    Sorry, I created a topic for this thread ! I checked out the total available topics, But none of the announced solutions has fixed my problem. I checked all the accesses and the required items are enabled And template, wordpress, php all the latest versions are available.

    But again, the font installation time this error message is displayed :

    Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond.
    Please reload the page, then try again

    This is also a fonts package that I use :

    I downloaded the package over and over from the link above and uploaded it in site without any changes. But error message is displayed again …
    What is the solution ?

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Please make sure you have the PhpZip extension enabled.

    The language of my site is RTL.
    But now that you have no problem, I changed it to the original language

    Yes I checked PhpZip extension enable

    Hi!

    Enfold does not support all font packs from flaticon but just those packs which contain an icon font. If you take i.e. this pack: https://www.flaticon.com/packs/multimedia-collection you’ll notice the zip file contains a folder called “font” (screenshot: https://imgur.com/pus5DFc ).

    Your icon pack does not contain a font file – thus Enfold can’t use the pack for icons.

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    How to the change column category product page ?
    Now 3 columns. I want to convert to 4 or 5 columns

    And
    Why the quality of product images is reduced in the product category page !?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately we do not have such a solution yet – but we do work on that direction so those pages can change :)
    You can do any other change with CSS< but you would need to hire someone to help you with that.
