and tried to get an email when I was trying to get a password changing email. also, I didn’t get any MSG.

but all has problems.
also I setup the SMTP. and tested many time to summit the information using the contact form(SMTP). sometimes I got mails and sometimes not.
It seems very unstable when somebody summit contact information.
Please check it out. and let me know.for the better solution I will add my FTP details.

Did you replace the theme’s contact form with WP Forms?
Looks like you’re using a Gmail account. You really need to setup an SMTP for that because of their security policy. Google won’t accept emails without that authentication. In the WP Mail SMTP, set the “Mailer” settings from PHP to Gmail and then put your username and password in the Gmail section.Best regards,
