So I was one of those people who updated WP before I knew that it was going to break my site. I still cannot update Enfold and figured there would be a solution by now. Is there one? I can’t edit my site without it ruining the entire page.
When I try to update my site it says a valid URL was not provided?!
Please help!
ThanksJanuary 6, 2019 at 3:27 am #1050466Hey laceym002,
Please include a admin login & FTP access in the Private Content area so we can assist.Best regards,
MikeJanuary 6, 2019 at 3:50 am #1050469okay I have included the information. I also have a subdirectory that I haven’t touched because of this. Is it okay to update Enfold first and then WP? I have included the access info for it as well.
Thanks

January 6, 2019 at 8:29 pm #1050618Hi,
For your main website, I have updated your Enfold theme to v4.5.2
and it seems to be working correctly. Please clear your browser cache and check.
I left the old theme version in your directory as “enfold-old” once you are happy we can delete it via FTP.
Please let us know.
Also, Theme Forest has changed their API for Token keys so all users will need to generate a new token for updates. Please see this postFor your sub-domain you don’t have Enfold installed, so I didn’t update it :)
Best regards,
MikeJanuary 6, 2019 at 9:10 pm #1050636Thank you so much! Everything looks back to normal now!
And that’s right, I forgot my subdirectory doesn’t have Enfold, it isn’t compatible with Optimizepress which is why I had to create the subdirectory in the first place, duh! Thanks again!
