    Hi!
    I am using the Dark Photo Demo and when I tried to change the featured image of one of the portfolio items it had no effect. I uploaded the image to the gallery and tried other personal images but it didn’t work. If I change the image to a default image from the demo, it works perfectly.
    What can I do to put my personal images?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Which post or portfolio item did you modify? We get redirected to a 403 page when we try to access the dashboard or the login page. Did you change the login URL? Please include it in the private field.

    Hi!

    It ‘s rare because i didnt’t change the login page…I don’t have any problem to acces with this user/pass.
    The portfolio item that I tried to change it is the first one “Egipto”. If you look, at the wordpress panel you can see my personal image at the column “Image” but if you open the website, the first image, which is “Egipto”, it is black. And also, when you click inside one destination(any of them), at the last section ” Altres viatjes”, you can see that there are more images in black and I don’t know why.

    Hi!

    I was able to fix the problem with featured image!
    Now, the only problem i have is that when you enter to one destination(any of them), at the last section ”Altres viatjes”, you can see that there are some images in black and I don’t know why. If you push F5 to refresh, you will see that the imatges in black now are diferent. It is like it is not possible to load all photos and only shows some of them.
    Do you know what can be the problem?

    Hi,

    Glad to know that you have managed to fix the issue with the featured image. We checked the gallery again and all of the items are loading correctly. We do not see any images in black. Would you mind providing a screenshot of the issue?

    Hi!

    The problem is at the last section ”Altres viatjes”. You have to enter one destination and see the last section. It is curios that if you push F5 to refresh, you will see that the imatges in black now are diferent. It is like it is not possible to load all photos and only shows some of them.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I tried logging into your site, but I’m also getting a 403 error on the login page, I’m guessing that your login page is restricted to some country IP ranges. About your problem; could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
