I can't manage the ENFOLD theme in my Wordpress Dashboard - Support

Hello,
i have a problem with the ENFOLD template.

There is no way to work with it from WordPress, I have it disabled. I don’t get drop down menus or reset settings.

I have seen that I have version 4.2.2 installed.
Anyone have seen this problem?

How can I install new versions to see if the issues are fixed?
Is this also the cause of my page coming out as unsafe?

Hey sergigarnica,

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Thanks for the update. You can download the latest version of the theme from your themeforest.net account. If you don’t have access to that then please reach out to the person who bought the license, or purchase a new one here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
