I cannot duplicate blog posts/Getting 500 error once submitted - Support

Hello,

I am trying to add new blog posts for a client and the system just goes to a 500 error. Also, in the post section a post says no title.
I’ve never had an issue with this aspect of the theme.

Hey Jacques,

Do you know which version of PHP you are running on the server? We recommend PHP 7.1 or higher. You could also try to update to the latest version of the theme to see if that changes anything.

The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please delete the old version of the theme, then upload the new one. Make sure that you have backups of the site before you start updating.

I did everything and still receiving an error. The time spent on this is about 5 hours and I am not a developer but have watched many videos. I just want to add new posts. Let me know from the errors what I should do?

Thanks for giving us admin access, I tried to check on your site and I see this error:
```
WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY']
INSERT INTO wp_cnqtmv47bj_usermeta (user_id, meta_key, meta_value) VALUES (6853, 'ls-show-support-notice-timestamp', '1551938138')
```
Please try to check your database in that specific table.
Also PHP ZipArchive is disabled on your site, please enable it.

It’s still not enabled, you can check here (link in private content).
As for the database issue, can you give us cpanel access? just change the password once the issue is resolved.
