    The importing option doesn’t work, when I try importing Enfold 2017 I get this message:

    Importing didnt work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again
    —

    I tried increasing the memory limit as suggested here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#troubleshoot but it didn’t work.

    I read there was a manual method of importing, can you let me know what it is exactly?

    Hi Victoria, I only have a few errors and am pasting them in the private area. This is right after I tried importing the Enfold 2017 content via the Demo Import screen. I updated the php version to 7.1.
