    Hi,

    I’ve just published a new page and the backend in WP and the preview show the highlighted and clickable hyperlinks however when I visit the page live the anchor text is highlighted but not clickable.

    I’ve tried deleting modules and reloading with content, copy and pasting from MSword with hyperlinks but nothing works.

    I’ve tried different browsers on different computers and same issues.

    I have never had so many issues with one theme as I have with Enfold, very frustrating.

    Please refer to Private Content for more info.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, did you make any changes to any of the theme files? The reason why those links are not working is because the main menu is positioned over them, but I can’t see why that is.

    Maybe you could try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rickard,

    Just to give you some insight, I’ve been having trouble with Enfold for last few months and it started happening with your updates.

    I have next to no web development knowledge which is why I thought a simple drag and drop theme like Enfold would have been fine to use for my business site. It’s been a terrible experience.

    Now to answer your question, no I have not made any changes to the theme files because I don’t even know what that means let alone how to do it.

    What I do ensure is that I always update the theme when it shows an update is available. I think this is what’s causing my ongoing issues with the theme.

    The main menu overlay you raise your last message is the issue I contacted support with last time. After an update, my menu dropped to a lower section of the screen and totally screwed up my pages.

    After going back and forth 5 times to support and them being unable to rectify I was forced to outsource the task. I was then provided with some CSS code (again I don’t know what that even is) and pasted into a box within the theme. It fixed the issue immediately.

    However now I’m having issues with ONLY this one blog page and the links, all other links and menus are working fine.

    I ultimately want a solution because I paid to obtain support from Kriesi and I expect to receive support to resolve this issue.

    Apologies if I sound angry but this has been going on too long and I don’t have the time to be messing around with ongoing issues that this theme is continually creating for me.

    Please help.

    Thanks in advance,

    Anthony.

    Hi Anthony D,

    No matter how much marketing people promise you “a simple drag and drop” something – there is now such thing in building websites, there will always be things that need to be adjusted and there has to be at least basic understanding of web technologies if you want to do it by yourself.

    I see in code the link to the phone like 4 times, and it should be just one as it shows on the page, how did you do it? The menu positioning is weird due to the settings in the theme options.
    This code does not fix the mess, it just lets you page work

    .main_menu, .av-main-nav-wrap {
        top: 0;
    }

    If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best regards,
    Victoria
