Hi,
Great that you introduced a custom footer.
However, as one may wish to take advantage of the rest of the new features such as gradient background, grids rows (for border colours) etc. It is impossible to do this without using full width elements.
Because of this, when the footer is displayed on a blog article, which has a sidebar you get the empty spaces below the footer.How does one fix this? This has always been an issue with Enfold and full width elements and sidebars and I have always worked around it by putting the sidebar in a widget, but this seems impossible to do for this situation.

NikkoSorry no. I am not prepared to leave a client site looking broken. I have had to change the site to accommodate my customer request.
Do you not have a test install to try this out for yourselves? Perhaps someone in your testing department? Product marketing department?
If not, I will have to provide step by step instructions for you to do so.
