    I have tried to increase the max size for files and the WordPress memory! Something is wrong. I just purchased this theme for 4th time and have NEVER run into this before. I cannot upload images.

    Hey Invoke_Media_Group!

    That is because it is not an issue related to the theme, but with your hosting provider.
    Can u kindly contact them and ask them to go through that change?

    I did go through them. They said it is the theme. When we deactivate the theme, it works. I changed the max_file upload code and the memory code to resolve the issues – but that failed too.

    What exactly is the issue you are getting?
    Can you please try to create a testing environment and check if you have the issue there as well?

    Hi,

    I/m experiencing the following. I cannot upload new images, like in a familiar extension like .png, into the backend by using media-library upload.
    I recently updated the theme. Could that be a reason?

    Thanks for the login details. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?
