    This is still not fixed and has now been a few months, the thread was closed after being told it would be addressed after an update but there have been 3 updates now..

    All of the Testimonials on my site regardless of which option we use randomly stop working.
    If you refresh the page they come back for bit then if you go round the site through a few pages and come back it is gone again.
    This happens on any page that has a testimonial block on it.

    Refresh the page and its back…

    Hey!

    Sorry for the delay reply, when you report a topic, to goes back to bottom.
    Please disable all the plugins and let us know if that solves the issue. It seems to be a javascript conflict.

    No it is not the plugins, it does it on the enfold demo site.

    Please read the threads below before posting the usual – turn plugin off answers, wee are far beyond that

    Its a enfold bug and has already been noted see the links i have already posted.

    Hey!

    we are still not sure why this is happening, so Kriesi is still investigating and needs more time as it seems very complicated. It is not happening on every browser and not even every time for every person. We are sorry to inform you that there is no better answer yet and thank you for being patient. We will let you know when we find a solution for this issue.
