How to modify WP's standard tagcloud widget (adding parameter for limitation)?

Hi,

I’m using in my sidebar the standard widget “tagcloud” (not the Combo widget of ENFOLD!).
How can I modify it, so that it limits the number of shown tags?

I found this here, not sure, if this is the right source:

But in what ENFOLD file and where exactly can I add the desired parameters please?
