    Every time I try and install the theme, it has an error and tells me, ‘Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.’ I’ve tried uploading JUST the wordpress file rather than the whole theme, but still the same problem. I’ve tried deactivating all my plugins, but without success. I had a look at another topic with the same question and you recommend doing through via ftp. I have filezilla and cyberduck but how do I link up to my ftp server? Where is that information? I really need a step-by-step guide as to how to do this, I’m not familiar with these programs and bought enfold because it was supposed to be easy to use. Please help.

    Hi Egoldwater,

    Try logging out of WordPress, clear your browser cache and restart your browser to see if that helps. If not then please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    HI.. I’ve the same problem with Enfold installation.. I’ve tried to upload via FTP but It doesn’t show the preview and if activated shows a blank page.. What’s the matter..? I’ve tried to increase the PHP Memory limit in wp-config.php but It doesn’t help..

    I’ve tried also to upload Enfold in other sites on the same server for testing and It works fine..

    Hi Rikard.. Solved.. There was a different upload path in the settings inherited from the old server.. Thanks..
