I am working with a client and want to use the Enfold theme with her. She is not very tech savvy and tried to purchase the license for Enfold through Envato. Her credit card was declined twice. She is contacting her credit card company about the matter, but in the meantime tried to use a different card but Envato suspended her account and has now told her it will not be reinstated.
I am trying to work with Envato to solve this problem, but am wondering if there is another way my client can get a license for Enfold? I would really prefer to use your theme for her site.

Sorry to hear that your client is having trouble, but unfortunately Enfold is only available on Envato, we can not sell or give licenses directly.
Perhaps you can purchase the license for her or she can ask a family member to open an account and purchase it for her?

MikeThanks. Many years ago I used to purchase all the items for clients but much prefer not to be in the middle of that. Oh well…we’ll see if she can work it out with Envato. If not, that’s the route we will take. I love the Enfold theme and can work in it quickly.
