    Hi,
    I’m trying to follow the instructions for adding a header widget (https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area) but it’s not quite working. I’m working from the Enfold Construction theme and want to add a header widget in the blank space oppose the logo. The configuration is Logo Left, Menu Below. Essentially what I want is Logo Left, Header Widget Right, Menu Below. Link to my site is in private content.

    Hi connect4consulting,

    I’ve inspected the page as well but I don’t see anything.
    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login, I took a look at your header widget and found that your widget area was named “Header Widget”, but the function is named “header” so I created a new widget area named the same and now the buttons show.
    Please review and remove your widget area or rename and remove the one I created.
    I also commented out your widget background color because it created a green stripe in the header and I was not sure what styling you wanted, but now that you can see the buttons you can adjust the css to suit.
    Please let us know if there is anything more we can assist with.
