    For example, I have an About Category on the main menu with Contact as a sub-menu. I generated a Contact page with a Contact Form but I can’t add it to the sub menu because the Parent doesn’t show up in the Page Attributes.

    Hi,

    What do you mean by the parent doesn’t show on the Page Attributes?

    Go to Appearance > Menus, on Pages, click View All.

    Thanks. After playing around with it a little bit, the reason it didn’t show up was the page had to be published first before it shows up on the list!
