How can i edit the code

Click on the pencil & paper icon on the upper left corner and you should be able to edit the settings of that Portfolio element.

I’m not sure what you meant since you say you want to edit the Code Block but the screenshot is showing the Portfolio element.
If you meant modifying the code of the Portfolio element, then go to wp-content > themes > enfold > config-templatebuilder > avia-shortcodes > portfolio > portfolio.php.
But I would suggest overriding it via child theme, you can find the instruction here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#add-elements-to-alb
