    Hi,
    I have a problem with the hotspot image feature since I updated.

    Every time I try to edit the content anythings, any part of the page disappears.
    what can I do? Help!!!!

    Hi Cristina,

    I see that you are using some special characters in your content. What happens if you remove them and use the plugin and special code specified here instead? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#troubleshoot

    Hi,
    I tried and deleted all the special characters.
    Also used the plug-in.
    I still have the same problem when I make more than one change.
    The problem only occurs on this page that has images with hotspots

    Hi,

    You have open html markup in your content:

    <b> Sapobully, Greg Willen<br />MITRA

<b> Ghali<br />CACAO (spoiler)

<b> Beba: TONICA<br />(Prod. Rossella Essence)

    Please close all tags properly. I would recommend that you use the strong tag instead of b as well.

    Thank you, so much!
    But when I try to replace or close the tags, all the content disappears.
    IS IT NORMAL?

    I created a new page without tab section and it seems that by creating the content again, the page works.

    Hi Cristina,

    The content will likely disappear until you have fixed all of the problems unfortunately, but after everything is properly closed then it should behave as expected. Rebuilding the content might be a better idea as you mentioned.
