Hi Guys,

I just uploaded my enfold theme and HostGator is showing me Error 500 message, cant work on the template as this window is non stop visible.
Any pieces of advice?

Hey Aga,

Please go to /wp-content/themes/ folder via FTP and delete “enfold” folder and re-install it – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftp
If that does not help, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it.

You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here :)

Hello Yigit,

You can close the thread now please as we decided to upload the enfold theme under new hosting provider and under a new domain.

I will let you know if any problems resolve in the future
