    Hi guys, long time no speak.
    My website acting strangely. Every page can be edited apart from the home page.
    Clicking edit brings up the “critical error” message.

    Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

    In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Enfold.

    First, visit your website (https://pitythem.org/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://pitythem.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=178&action=edit) and check for any visible issues.

    Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

    If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

    To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please activate debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, then copy all the shortcodes to a test page, so that we can have a closer look at the content of that particular page.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, I see the same thing on my end as well unfortunately. Could you share server error logs with us please? Also, are we allowed to temporarily disable plugins on your site for debugging purposes?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, deactivating plugins had no effect unfortunately. I can see the error message on my end as well, I’m asking you for server error logs. If you don’t know where to get them, then please try reaching out to your hosting provider. They should be able to direct you to where you can find them.

    Looks like an issue with one of the sliders. Would you mind editing the sliders in the home page and check if there are slides that do not contain any image or video?

    We tried to login to the site but the login page redirects back to the home page. Did you change the login URL?

    Hi,

    We tried to access the site using the default wp-login and wp-admin path but it just redirects to the home page or a 404 page. We also tried the link that you posted above, but it just leads to one of the pages without a login form a link to one. Please provide the login URL so that we can access the site properly.
