    I successfully installed Enfold to my WordPress, but I can’t import the template, all the template!
    I’m Indonesian and I use “Niagahoster” as my hosting.
    Anyone can help me?

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, which demo are you looking to import?

    Thanks for that. I tried importing the theme, but the server is throwing a 503 error on the file in private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see why that is please? It might be that the max_execution_time value has to be increased, as the import usually takes at least a few minutes.

    I can’t see what is going wrong on your site unfortunately, but I’ve asked the rest of the team to have a look as well. You still might want to contact your hosting provider, as they should be in a better place than us to tell you why the server is responding with a 503 error. Please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.

    Thank you for the update.

    Looks like the import process aborts after some time and returns a server error. Are you sure that the max_execution_time is set to 600s? Please post the FTP details in the private field so that we could check the PHP settings again. We will also try to import the demo manually using the xml files inside the enfold\includes\admin\demo_files directory.

    If you want to try and import the demo manually using the xml files yourself, please check the following documentation.

    You can log in to my hosting cPanel settings (I attached in private link)

    Then you can check the PHP settings.
    About import demo manually, I already tried the method in the link, and it was failed.

    Well, I’m very disappointed with this problem.
    Never expect it will be very complicated like this.
    If the problem still can’t solved, I want to ask for a refund.
    Coz I have to finish the website before 12/15

    Hi,

    We would like to apologize for the inconvenience. We tried to import the photography demo manually using the xml files but the server connection times out and the import process aborts even after setting the max_execution_time to 9999. Please ask your hosting provider if the server allows connection to the kriesi.at site where the demo files are located.

    Unfortunately, we do not handle refunds here, so you will have to contact the Themeforest team if you want your payment back. But hopefully, we will be able to get this fix as soon as possible so that you could continue with the theme.

    The demo import fails because of the following error but we are not yet sure what is causing it. We will let you know as soon as possible once we found a fix.

    Failed to import Media “enfold_photography”: Request failed due to an error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds (http_request_failed)

    Please try to ask your hosting provider if mod_security can be disabled temporarily.

    Dear Enfold,

    I’m very frustrated with this problem.
    I contacted my hosting many times via online chatting and they helped me a lot and fast, although the problem is not solved yet.
    I know maybe there is time difference between us (I’m in Asia and the Enfold moderator maybe in Europe/America) and you have many other clients to be helped which makes your response is very slow.
    Now I’m under pressure since I have to finish the website before 12/15. I’m very stressed right now.
    I already contacted Themeforest for give me refund for Enfold purchase, and I will change with other theme that might be more compatible with my WP. Themeforest will contact you as an Author for this. I hope your understanding and help.

    Thanks for the update, I’m very sorry for this problem. There’s not much we can do if there are settings on the server which are blocking the demo import unfortunately. We will approve your refund once Themeforest sends it to us.
