    I have the same problem. When I clich to update Some things cancelled. I’ve deatived all the plugin but there is the some problem.

    Hi Victoria
    The theme is update, My problem is this:
    I write an article or a page. I finish it. Than I want to modify something. I do this and I click on update. Than I see Tham lots of things on the page I modified before, are cancelled. For me It’s a big problem. I thought It might be the updates of the theme but the theme is update the last version. I try to deactivate all the plugins. I try to write another article but I have the some problem. I Had the some problem also in other web sites I made. Could you help me? Thanks a lot Victoria

    Thanks!

    1- Could you also point out the page/post where you are having this issue? We would need to inspect that specific page/post.

    2- I checked a random product but reviews show up fine on my end. Attached a screenshot in private content field. If it does not show up on a certain product, please point it out as well :)

    Hi,

    I noticed one unclosed Strong tag on your page. I closed it and updated the page but layout broke again. There must be more HTML errors on the page. The issue usually occurs due to broken HTML.

    Could you please revert the page to old version so we can check for errors again?

    Hi,

    I enabled debugging mode on your website – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#debug-mode. Could you please edit your page, Enable “Auto repair function” – https://imgur.com/a/dLt6Ws1 and update your page and check if that helps? That should fix if there are broken elements on your page.

    Hi,
    Thank you, so I went to create a page to see your problem and I found you have “WPBakery Page Builder” installed please disable, you can not use the “WPBakery Page Builder” with Enfold, it has it’s own builder the “Advanced Layout Builder” they do not work together. There is a chance that “Re-add text underline and justify” will cause problems, you can try it but if you have problems then disable it.
    After you disable the “WPBakery Page Builder” create a test page we can see and let us know if you still have problems.
