    Hi
    I use the headline rotator element on the following page of my website:

    On smartphone, in portrait mode, some of my longer rotating text wrap to the next line, but some don’t. I can’t figure out why this would happen.

    Here’s a screenshot of why I see on the iphone: https://snipboard.io/HuBgEN.jpg

    Thanks

    Hi Lyse,

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    span.av-rotator-text-single {
        word-break: break-all;
    }

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
    The CSS you suggest wraps the text but not logically. The words get split very wrongly and looks awful.
    Thanks

    Hi,

    Did you try to set different font sizes for different screen sizes in the Styling->Font Size tab in the element options?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

    Yes I use 72px and 48px on mobile.
    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If those font sizes are too big for mobile, then you might have to decrease the size a bit. If that is not enough, then you can create copies for mobile, and insert your own breaks.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

    I got it to work by changing the CSS as follows:
    span.av-rotator-text-single {
    font-size:40px!important;
    }

    This allowed me to adjust the font size and have it wrap correctly.

    Thanks
