Is there a widget for date, time, weather of the day which I can put into the header like in this image:

You can add a widget to the header if you follow this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area. There is no widget like that in the theme by default though, so you would have to look for a plugin.
