Header widget broken?

Is the header widget code you guys provided no longer working with the newer versions of the theme?

It makes it all look like it will put in a widget and have it fit in specific orders that you choose and is even responsive…..but it doesn’t work. I set the order and nothing changes. The widget content just sits under the logo stuck to the left. Obviously I could CSS it to hell and get things where I want, but that really isn’t the point. The code provided by the devs on the site simply isn’t working as advertised. I’ve noticed this a lot lately. May be a good time to go through all the code snippets posted on the site and either remove the defunked ones, or update them to work with the new versions.
