    Hi,

    I’m using wcvendors plugin with Enfold.

    The page – ‘http://www.bemvestir.moda/painel_do_vendedor/order/’ displays one vendor’s orders.
    There’s a issue related to the header when is not shrinked. When I try to see the details on an order – http://www.bemvestir.moda/painel_do_vendedor/order/ (you must login as a vendor user to access this content), the new open box is hidden at its top. This makes it impossible to close the box in the upper right corner.

    Hey Elsa!

    Please contact the plugin developers, who will be easier for you to help you with the issue.
    I am sure they do offer amazing support and they will do manage to provide the informations needed
    to make it work properly.

    Since this is related to the header of Enfold theme, shouldn’t be your support to help me find the solution?

    It is the vendors function that does create the issues, that is why we would like you to contact the plugin developers
    If they give us some informations if the issue is on our side, we would be happy to take care of it.

    I contacted the plugin developers and they helped me as much as they could, but the issue still remains.

    I tried to check the link above: http://www.bemvestir.moda/painel_do_vendedor/order/ using the account you made but it only shows this message: Administradores não podem ser vendedores.

    I have also created a customer account Kriesi99 and tried to shop a bit and check the link but it returns: O seu pedido foi recebido. Brevemente será notificado por e-mail.

    Can you create an account? where we can see the table same as the one posted in the screenshot you provided. Hopefully we can help you with the issue.

    Thank you for the reply.
    You need to login with a user vendor I provided in my first request on October 11- (Email address hidden if logged out) .

    I have reduced the height of the popup window by adding this in your Quick CSS:

    .wcv-modal {
    height: 60% !important;
}
