When we load a page the header appears correctly for a moment and then reduces in size. We have spent ages endeavouring to find out why as none of our other Enfold Themed sites do this with the same settings. I wonder if you could take a look please?

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
