Header logo on bottom of page with mobile style menu sandwich

Hi

I looked on the forums to try and find an answer to this…and I apologize for being fairly new to WordPress.

I used Enfold on my mom’s website and I love it, but for a different site I wanted to use this theme:

But it is WAY too buggy. So, two questions:

1. Is there a way get my Enfold header logo to emulate what the Pond logo does here (being at the bottom of the page and then sticking to the top for subsequent pages?

2. Is there a way to emulate what the Pond menu does here which is a lot like what happens in Enfold on mobile displays?
