I’ve got a problem with logo in header, despite using png file with good dimensions (340px * 156px).
I chose “Header size” => “Slim”, but logo doesn’t want to shrink.
Main menu items can be seen below the breadcrumbs, on pages or posts.
I’ve turned off all plugins, there was no change.
I haven’t made any changes in the code manually.
What can be the problem?

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
- Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

I’m not sure why but your logo element is empty, most likely since there looks to be an email address link added just before it. Did you make any customisations which might have caused that?

This is fixed.
The issue was caused by an unclosed anchor tag.
I just added
at the end of Phone Number or small info text in Enfold > Header > Extra Elements.

When it doesn’t work, does it still submit the form?
Or it just doesn’t send any email?

The widget isn’t js dependent so it should show at all times.
The only time the form will not show is when you have already submitted in the form.
So far, I viewed it already a couple of times but it always load.
If it doesn’t as you have mentioned it does sometimes, try to check what triggers it, so we can try to reproduce.
Also you can try to use a web inspector and post a screenshot, we might just be missing something here.

For the easyslider, there’s this option ‘Apply a link to the slide?’ which you can use to set a link on the slider image.
I’m not familiar with meta slider, maybe you can try to clear the browser cache in the desktop, that might be causing the issue.

Maybe there’s some issue with the mail server since it successfully sends email to the sender.
