Hello Team,
When my page is loading in chrome you can see a black flash, sometimes all over the screen but mostly in the header. You can see that the logo is an image with a background. I made a small video to demonstrate.
Ps. it doenst do this in safari or firefox
Thanks
April 12, 2016 at 2:59 pm #611915Hi WolfvanHaeren!
There might be a conflict with a plugin which is why the preloader is not working correctly
To find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps
1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
4. Make sure the plugins are all updatedIf you still have any issue please share the link to the page where we can see the issue.
Best regards,
VinayApril 12, 2016 at 3:44 pm #611965I have still the issue

April 14, 2016 at 6:16 am #613493Hi!
Have you tried disabling the plugins and activate one by one, as Vinnie suggested?
Cheers!
BasilisApril 15, 2016 at 9:21 am #614655yes I did, no plugins are active at the moment
April 18, 2016 at 11:00 am #616254Hey!
I checked your homepage and this does not happen for me. Everything looks fine to me. Please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Check on another computer as well.
Best regards,
AndyApril 20, 2016 at 9:25 am #618098I still have it on multiple computers, did you check in chrome. Saf and ff work fine.
April 22, 2016 at 12:01 pm #619802Hi!
I checked on Chrome and it’s not happening for me. We can’t reproduce the issue, so it will be almost impossible or us to help you. I haven’t heard from any other people about this. For thousands of customers it’s working fine.
Regards,
AndyApril 22, 2016 at 2:14 pm #619954Allright, that seems very strange. All the tests I have done involve apple computers. I will try a windows as well
April 22, 2016 at 2:42 pm #619980Hey!
We checked for the issue again and everything loads fine without and flash of black background. It might be a caching issue on your system please do a hard refresh… First press Ctrl + Shift + i to open the Chrome Dev Tools then hold down Ctrl and click on the Reload button.
Cheers!
VinayApril 29, 2016 at 2:53 pm #624520On windows the problem isn’t there. So that is good news.
But on mac computers its still there!May 2, 2016 at 4:59 am #625431Hi,
I can’t see the problem in your video on my end using Chrome on Mac, do you have any active plugins in Chrome which might be causing it?
Best regards,
RikardMay 2, 2016 at 11:53 am #625674Hello Rikard,
When the new page loads you get a black flash or a black/grey square next to the logo.
I have tried on multiple macs around here. None of the same plugings, some without any plugings. Also logged in and logged out.May 2, 2016 at 4:00 pm #625874Hey!
Can you please try adding following code to Quick CSS and check if that helps?
html { background: white!important; }
Cheers!
YigitMay 9, 2016 at 2:38 pm #629242This seems to work. Thanks!
