Header graphic is moving and showing on content of page

Hi, I’m trying to show a client your theme because I would like them to invest and switch to Enfold. Unfortunately, I am running into issues because the graphic for the header area is showing up lower on the page as well after scrolling down so it is covering content. I have never had this problem before so I’m not sure what is wrong but would appreciate if you can take a look at it. Since it’s not a public url yet, I will post privately. Thanks.
