1. When I add a new page the Layout > Header visibility and transparency is set to No transparency. Where’s the header theme options?
2. How do I hide the posts dates from the Blog index page? https://www.bigsurcannabotanicals.com/blog/

4. Whats the preferred landscape size for all post images? Your demo has 1030px wide with different heights.

Yes, the 1030px works fine.
The header options are under Theme options > Header.
