grids and cells

Hey Yigit,
could you please help me once again?
You still should have the log and pass for my site.
I am trying to have images in one row with the same height.
2 are upright and one is panormaic. They have the phisically the same height
Can you give me a hint on working with the cells?
Even when i choose 1/4 for the two upright images and 1/2 for the panoramic one is just close to being same hieght.
It´s driving me mad.
