February 15, 2020 at 6:53 pm #1184788Hey decode,

VictoriaFebruary 17, 2020 at 12:40 pm #1185191sorry, I have a protected password.
please try againFebruary 18, 2020 at 1:54 pm #1185657Hi decode,
I think some locations are blocked, I could not load the website from Ukraine and from the US IP. Do you know anything about that?
Best regards,
VictoriaFebruary 19, 2020 at 1:17 pm #1186012Sorry, I think that maybe you IP is locked by host.
Can you provide with your IP to unlock?February 20, 2020 at 5:33 pm #1186424Hi decode,
My IP is dynamic and so it will not really help to whitelist it. You might want to ask your provider to allow access from Ukraine, Philippines, Greece, USA and Latvia. This is where me and my colleagues are.

February 25, 2020 at 7:52 am #1187607Hi,
Thank you for the info.
The link in the column is working properly on our end. Can you provide a screenshot of the issue and regenerate a login token so that we can access the site? You can use imgur or dropbox for the screenshot.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 25, 2020 at 1:53 pm #1187685Because I removed the default link settings, you would think that the link worked.
You can change the settings yourself.
I have set the link options now, please help me as soon as possible.
I waited for a long time.
Thank you very much.
February 27, 2020 at 11:12 am #1188382Hi,
Sorry for the delay. The login token has expired and the login info above is invalid, so we are not able to edit the cell and apply the link. Please generate another login token and extend the expiry if possible. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience.

February 28, 2020 at 12:41 pm #1188814Hi,
Thank you for the info.
We can now see the issue in your installation and found what’s actually causing it. It’s a styling issue.
To fix the issue temporarily, we added this code in the Quick CSS field.
.flex_cell.av-cell-link { display: block; float: left; }
Thank you for your patience.
