    Hi i got this problem for a couple of days. Maps will not load on my site. Info – This page can not load Google Maps correctly.

    I login to google clould, I got my billing acount, registered new project for new API, as usual. The key is ok. But when I refresh page the problem stays. What to do? Please help.

    The console outputs this error:

    
You have exceeded your request quota for this API. See https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages?utm_source=maps_js&utm_medium=degraded&utm_campaign=billing#api-key-and-billing-errors

    Please check if you’ve set limits and increase them if necessary ( https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/usage-and-billing )

    Hi thanks for anwser. How is it possible that “You have exceeded your request quota for this API.” – I just generated new key…

    I always generate new code for new website, and always unlimited. I don’t understand.
    What to do?

    Hi msulecki,

    Google has changed the rules and once you exceed the quota it either does not show or charges for the views.

    Ok so you want to say that, when I will do another website on Enfold Theme I will not be able to put Google maps on the site free? D0 you got any solution to this?

    Hi,

    If the number of calls to the Google Maps API are under the quota then it’s free, if it’s above then they charge you for it unfortunately. These are Google Maps rules, not ours.
