Hallo,
ich suche hier jemanden der mein Google Maps Problem lösen kann – gegen Bezahlung.
Laut Theme funktioniert der API Key, es wird aber die Karte mit einer Fehlermeldung angezeigt. Google Konto ist neu an gelegt und auch das Billing System. Ich habe mich jetzt schon Stunden mit Google geärgert und den Fehler nicht gefunden.
Es geht nur um die Seite Partner – bei der Kontakt Seite habe ich direkt von Google Maps via “teilen” den I-Frame eingebaut.Zugangsdaten werden vertraulich via Mail übergeben.
Vielleicht ist hier jemand der das Problem lösen kann.

Did you add the API key to the theme option under Enfold->Google Services? If that is not the problem then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

Thanks for the update and sorry for the problem. Could you try to update to the latest version of the theme (4.5.5) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please delete the old version of the theme, then upload the new one. Make sure that you have backups of the site before you start updating.

after insert the API Key i got the error “Mit diesem API-Schlüssel konnte keine Verbindung zu Google Maps hergestellt werden.” .
After saving “Save all Changes” the map working correctly in the frontend.regards

I had already entered the API, but it was gone again. Now she is back in there. Unfortunately, I still do not see the map … Can you help me? Thank you!!
