Upgraded from 4.2 to 4.4 and added an SSL to my site. Now all of a sudden google maps is not displaying on my site. Tested my API Key using the Check API Key button and it is fine. Please help!

If you’re using Chrome, go to the page in questions, press F12 and go to the “Console” and see if there are any error messages being displayed. Let us know what you find.

    Hi,

It looks like you are using a caching plugin? If so then please try to clear the cache and leave it deactivated. If that doesn’t help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi shirtandsimple,

No, Rikard just pointed out that it may be the cause of the issue.
I have checked your site and I’m getting this js error in the console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'marker' of undefined

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
