There is an issue of APIs concerning the theme.

Message in console for several enfold websites:
FIREFOX: Loading failed for the <script> with the source “https://maps.googleapis.com/maps-api-v3/api/js/38/11/intl/de_ALL/stats.js”
    SAFARI: No map!

    What is done?
Tested it in several Networks / OS: MAC, PC / BROWSER: Firefox. Safari. Chrome.
Google Cloud Support. Extensive support excludes errors. Last message:
… Looking around at the Enfold support site I do see some threads showing they’ve had issues with Safari displaying maps towards the end of last year. If everything is up to date I’d reach out to their support to check the current status of the issue or any steps they have to resolve it.

    Hey AWZ,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Can you give us a link to a site showing the issue? We may be able to find the actual cause of the issue from the browser console. Please post the link in the private field.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,

    Thanks Sven

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    FIREFOX: Loading failed for the

According to the following thread, the error might be due to invalid data type of the longtitude and latitude values. The values should be float numbers. Please try to adjust the address in the map a bit, then fetch the coordinates again. Or post the login details in the private field so that we can check the issue further.

    Hi Ismael,

I´ve done the usual way in the backend of enfold (Screenshot). If the coordinates are set in a wrong way, maybe there is something incompatible between Google Maps and your code there…?

    Thanks

    Hi!

    Thank you for following up.

Can we have access to the site so that we can check it further? Please post the login details in the private field and try to update the theme to the latest version, 4.7.1.

    Cheers!

    Hi,

it’s crazy. The error message in the console is currently no longer traceable. At least not here on the pc/browser.
I might get in touch, otherwise close this case.

    Thanks Sven

    Hi!

Strange. Please open a new thread in case the issue occurs again. We’ll close this one for now.

    Have a nice day.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
