    the fields in my contactform doens’t show up on my page + google maps is not visible.

    I am having the same issue! – http://www.789digital.com – not concerned about the form fields (using Formidable) but it would be nice to see the fix. Definitely need the fix for the Google Maps installed on my Contact page.
