Hi guys,
I am having a problem with the google font that I am using (Source Sans Pro) not loading on some computers or some browsers.
On my computer it works well in Safari and Chrome but not Firefox. On my friend’s PC it doesn’t work in Chrome.I have added the fonts as per the instructions in your help docs. Could you please give me some help with this?
I have the latest version of WordPress. Also on the home page and another page (link in private content) I have some columns that I want to be closer together but the theme only allows “no space” between columns or “space between columns”. Is there a way to specify the space between the columns? I would like them to be closer together but not touching.
One more question! I have specified the buttons in Advanced Styling to be 40px radius so they are quite round, but the default submit button for the contact forms is square, is there a way I can have these buttons also with a 40px radius?
Thank you so much for your help =)))

I can’t see that font being used anywhere on your site, how exactly did you add it? Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,

I added it according to your docs: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/typography/#how-to-add-google-fonts-using-css (How to upload custom fonts). They are displaying in the drop down menu so I can choose them in the styling options.
They are displaying correctly in Chrome and Safari on my computer…
Thanks again for your help! =))June 21, 2019 at 2:09 pm #1112337Hi,
Thanks for that, could you upgrade the account to have admin rights as well please? Otherwise we can’t access the theme options.
Best regards,

June 22, 2019 at 6:53 am #1112516Hi,
Thanks for that, though it seems to be working on my end now so it was most likely caching. What happens if you load the site in an incognito window or clear your local browser cache and do a hard reload?
Best regards,

A couple of other questions:

June 25, 2019 at 3:13 am #1113081Hi,
If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.
Thanks!
Best regards,
