Hallo!
Have you followed the instructions in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/typography/#how-to-upload-custom-fonts ?
If yes, Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

thank you for answering
I’m a wordpress-beginner – sorry for my “complicated” asking
I did:
download google family font “robot” as a zip file
imported this zip (enfold child-> import”
I can see the robot font-family
I see “normal” 100,300…
and “italic” 100, 300…sometimes I used words in a text (bold format)
What I don’t understand:
Do I need a special plugin to remove connection to the google server or a special “code” somewhere in the enfold script?thank you

If you have upload the Roboto font in Enfold > Import/Export/… > Custom Font Manager, and you see it listed.
The next thing you need to do is go to Enfold > General Styling > Fonts (tab), if it’s currently set to Roboto, what you need to do is to go to the bottom of the dropdown and you’ll see Uploaded Fonts (located at Enfold -> Import/Export) then choose the font below: Roboto (100, 300, 400, 500, 700, 900)
Hope this helps.Best regards,
