Please Help.
My client’s website home page has lots of missing and not working features.
I went into the dashboard and the features are missing in the builder as well.
(1) The background image is gone from the top of the page.
(2) the animation feature is no longer available for the icons in the builder.
Please advise.

You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.5.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

Still trying to get this resolved.
There is an API key in the dashboard of the website. However, I can’t find one in the Themeforest dashboard, the box is empty.
Is support required for the automatic updates on the theme?

Well, things don’t always work as expected unfortunately, and we have given you the fixes for what works for many other users. But if that is not working for you the last option would be update the theme manually via FTP, could you try that please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
