GiveWP visual problem

Hi

I want to implement the givewp plugin on my wedding website.
the problem is that the multi form is showed in one form with all buttons in a row.
That is ugly…
I changed all settings but I cant find the solution.
Do you have any ideas?

The multi form should show 3 slides (not just one)…
