    Hi,

    I’m experiencing and issue where I have added site elements like 3 columns and text with each. What is showing in the backend is not reflected on the front end. In fact, the front end is showing old elements that have been deleted a while ago.

    Current FRONT end page: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Kourqw2O (Ghost elements in red square)
    Current BACK end page: https://share.getcloudapp.com/L1uJ7Qq8 (Text does match front end)

    What went wrong? I’ve disabled plugins and re-enabled and I still get this issue.

    Hey slui,

    Thanks for the login details and screenshots. I can’t reproduce the problem on my end though, what I see on the front end corresponds to what I see on the backend. Please see screenshot in private.

    Hi Rikard,

    So here is my challenge to you. Please add a text box under one of the columns. Do an UPDATE. Do a PREVIEW. You don’t even need to change the text in the text box and you’ll see what i mean in terms of the text showing up in the FRONT end and not the back end.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the clarification. That is not working as it should when I try it either unfortunately. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hi Rikard,

    I just updated the theme as per request. I also try to recreate the page called https://mindequity.ca/services-2 and the issue persists. It doesn’t show the text but this time nothing shows when you edit the back and preview it.

    Looking forward to any ideas you may have on how to resolve this.

    Please save the page and see if the changes are seen. The preview is not working properly since Gutenberg was added.
