    Hi there,

The Enfold audio player in my website works great after I added the extra code:

    .mejs-container.mejs-audio { display: block !important; }

to quick CSS in theme options under general styling tab (used to not play and show up as a single dot) however it only works on a computer, not when trying to make it play on an iphone.

Is there a way to get it to work on mobile devices?

    The website page is http://www.appellvoicestudio.com/audio

    Thanks…

    Hey thomasappell!

Thank you for using the theme!

I don’t see any audio element or shortcodes on the page. What is the format of your audio file? On what kind of mobile device are you testing this with?

    Regards,
    Ismael

Of course – That’s the main audio page – should have directed you here:

Tried on an iPhone and the audio bar doesn’t show up.

    Thanks,

    Thomas

The audio files are all mp3’s.

    Hey!

I’m not having any issues rendering it on my end with any emulator and since its the WordPress audio player it should be working on any screen size.

I’ve asked another of the support crew to see if they are able to see it on their own iphone(s) which might give us a bit more information.

    Cheers!

I have Woo commerce installed and am using that for payment with my shopping cart, plus I’ve purchased LayerSlider. Will updating mess up all of my Woo settings or the Layer Slider? Should I update only the folders and things changed?

I noticed that the js folder was updated which includes shortcodes.js. Will replacing this folder overwrite the short code I added that allows the mp3 player to display?

    Thanks,

    Thomas

    Hey!

No, the settings will remain intact as long as you didn’t modify any of the theme files. Did you modify the shortcodes.js file? Yes, it will be overwritten when you update the theme. Extract the code that you added in order to fix the mp3 audio player before updating the theme. Add it again after. Regarding the layer slider, did you deactivate the default layer slider? You don’t really have to buy the plugin because it is already included on the theme package.

    Regards,
    Ismael
