I put the blog options to small preview picture but for some reason I am getting a HUGE image for the first event with smaller ones below.
I don’t want the large picture. I only want small previews like the posts underneath.
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?February 10, 2018 at 11:11 pm #910671
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
- Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Thank you for the update. We can’t access the site though. The server is timing out. Please contact your hosting provider.

Please try again. The server was down as you suggested. It should be fine now.
Apologies.February 14, 2018 at 3:27 am #912058
The login token has expired, create another one. Please note that the blog layout options is not going to affect the events page. It’s using a different template.

Thank you for the update. The image of the first event is outside the ” (Purchase code hidden if logged out) ” container. Please provide the FTP details in the private so that we can debug the issue.

Sorry Im so late getting back to you.
We don’t have access to ftp. Is there nothing else we can do?
Thanks.February 28, 2018 at 10:04 am #918897
I’m sorry but we can’t debug the issue if we can’t access the files directly. Please ask your hosting provider for the FTP details then get back to us.

Thank you for the info.
I just noticed that the item is set as a featured event so it’s quite normal. If you want it to look like the normal event items, disable the “featured event” option.
