I have a series of buttons set up on my site for our client that link out to PayPal pages. The links worked fine on the old site but now when clicked it goes to a PayPal page that tells you to turn on your cookies. Which they are so this makes no sense. I have tried placing the link through the button element and also directly into the code.

    Hey Carlucci_Design!

    Thanks for using Enfold.

On the error page there is a link that says ” turn on cookies in your internet browser. ” once you click on that it takes you to https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/preview/how-to-turn-on-cookies?locale.x=en_US and it explains all the steps you can enable on the browser.

This error has nothing to do with enfold it is coming from paypal site itself. Please open a ticket on the paypal site if the issue is not resolved after following the steps in the above link.

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi Vinay,

Thanks for the response. The thing is that the link was pulled directly from the old website and works perfectly from there. If I copy and paste the link it opens just fine. It only seems to pull up the cookies message when it is linked from the enfold site.

    Thanks for your help,

    Mark

    Hey!

Is the URL for the enfold site same as the URL for your old site? This could be one of the reason… Enfold has nothing to do with the way paypal works. I recommend contacting paypal to get it sorted.

Right now i see this error message.

    Cheers!
    Vinay
