    Hi
I added the Getresponse plugin to my site (WordPress) and it seems not to be working.

the form is hidden behind layout elements in my site, it’s not clickable (can’t be closed) and can’t access the fields.
can you please check what causing the problem?

    Hey barrygur!

I didn’t see the form anywhere. Is it on a certain page?

    Regards,
    Elliott

I disabled the form in order not to disturb my traffic.
It’s now restored so you can see what I’m talking about

    Thanks

    Hey!

So when you say form your referring to the “GetResponse Integration Plugin” your using. When I view the page I see the form popup but it’s all black and I cannot edit any of the fields. I didn’t see any javascript errors.

Have you contacted the plugin authors about this?

    Cheers!

Hi Elliott thanks for your answer.
the form is hidden behind the themes layout elements.
I Tried to contact GetResponse support they say its a theme bug.
I am amazed this problem is only for me since I am sure I am not the only one to use getresponse with Enfold theme.
the problem that you see is on every page as well when you try to exit the exit intent popup doesn’t appear well on the the site (again, hidden behind layout elements and is not clickable)

I be happy if you check this thing again
    Thanks
    Barry

    Hey!

Perhaps your supposed to add the script before the ending </body> tag in the footer.php file instead of in the page content.

    Cheers!
    Elliott
