    Hi,
    third time in 4 days with this error. Why is this happening? The website and WP control panel are not accesible for 5 minutes and then it goes back to its normal functionality.

    Website: (Email address hidden if logged out)
    Gateway Timeout The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream

    What is your hosting provider?

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Hi Viktoria.
    I use site ground. I spoke with them and they have extended the time out but even with an extended time I had the same error. Today 3 times.

    This is not the theme related issue. It is either the server configuration or the plugin combination that is causing the issue.
