Hello there!
When loading the page https://ajustfitness.com.br, for a brief moment shows a white space under header area and above the fullwidth easy slider, like a “jump”. Happens in other pages as well: https://ajustfitness.com.br/linha-soul/

Can you help me?

Hey educode,

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.

Thanks for that. I can’t access the login page though, it seems to be blocked:

Acesso negado

Why can’t you update to the latest version? Did you add a token to the backend of the theme? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

Hi,

Thanks for the update. I’m still seeing the same 403 error on the login page, it’s likely that your hosting provider has added a block for some country IP ranges. Please try updating to the latest version of the theme, to see if that helps. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
